Aeromedical critical care

In 2023, the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) doctors and nurses who work on the aeromedical helicopters received 10-days of intensive face-to-face training in aeromedical transport and critical care by volunteer paramedic instructors from EMS Global.

In 2024, the Aeromedical Doctors and Nurses received 5-days of engaging face-to-face training and high fidelity patient simulation to enhance their capabilities in the out of hospital environment.

Planning is underway to define and develop the education pathway for aeromedical doctors and nurses in Mongolia.
